Terms and Conditions

a. No Guarantee — We strive to offer quality Services but do not guarantee specific results from using the Portal.

b. Service Interruptions — Temporary interruptions may occur. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or data loss due to third-party services.

c. Modifications to Services — We reserve the right to update or discontinue any Service at any time without liability.

d. No Contingency on Future Features — Your subscription is not contingent on the release of future features or improvements.

a. Free 3-Day Trial — MPAKT AI offers a free 3-day trial for new users. During this period, users can access the Portal's features at no cost. By entering your payment information during trial sign-up, you authorize MPAKT AI to charge your selected plan upon trial expiration. At the end of the trial, your selected subscription plan will automatically begin, and your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Each user is limited to one free trial. Users attempting to create multiple trial accounts may be subject to account suspension. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the trial offer at any time without prior notice.

b. Subscription Plans — MPAKT AI offers month-to-month and annual subscription plans. Month-to-month plans may include a one-time setup fee as outlined at the time of enrollment. Annual plans waive the setup fee in exchange for a binding twelve-month commitment ("Annual Commitment"). By selecting an annual plan, you agree to maintain your subscription for a minimum of twelve consecutive months from the date your subscription begins ("Commitment Period").

c. Early Termination of Annual Plans — If you cancel or otherwise terminate an annual plan before completing the full twelve-month Commitment Period, you agree to pay an early termination fee equal to the one-time setup fee that was waived at the time of your enrollment ("Early Termination Fee"). This fee becomes due immediately upon cancellation or termination and reflects the setup cost discount you received in exchange for your annual commitment. MPAKT AI reserves the right to charge the payment method on file for any Early Termination Fee owed. If payment cannot be collected, the outstanding balance may be referred to a third-party collections agency.

d. Non-Payment on Annual Plans — If your payment fails during an active Annual Commitment, MPAKT AI will attempt to process payment during a 3-day grace period. If payment is not resolved within 3 days, your account will be suspended. Suspension does not cancel or reduce your Annual Commitment obligation. If the account remains unpaid for 30 consecutive days, MPAKT AI may terminate the account and the Early Termination Fee described in Section 3(c) will apply in addition to any unpaid subscription fees.

e. Fees — Access to the Portal requires a paid subscription. Fees are based on the selected plan and are subject to change. Fee changes apply at the start of your next billing cycle and do not alter an existing Annual Commitment.

f. Billing and Payment — You must provide accurate billing information. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan.

g. Subscription Renewals — Month-to-month subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. Annual subscriptions automatically renew for an additional twelve-month term at the end of the Commitment Period unless canceled at least 30 days before the renewal date. Renewal pricing is based on the then-current rates.

h. Non-Refundable Payments — All subscription fees are non-refundable, including mid-cycle cancellations and downgrades. We do not offer partial refunds.

i. Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription by emailing info@mpakt.ai. For month-to-month plans, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. For annual plans, cancellation requests submitted before the end of the Commitment Period are subject to the Early Termination Fee described in Section 3(c). Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to be considered valid.

a. Ownership — All content, trademarks, software, and intellectual property on the Portal belong to MPAKT AI or its licensors.

b. License — We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Portal solely for its intended purpose.

c. Restrictions — You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of the Portal.

a. By You — You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle renews by emailing info@mpakt.ai.

b. By Us — We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason deemed necessary.

c. Data Upon Termination — Upon termination, account data may be deleted after 30 days. MPAKT AI is not responsible for data recovery after account closure.

a. "As Is" Services — The Portal and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

b. Limitation of Liability — To the maximum extent permitted by law, MPAKT AI is not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; service interruptions, errors, or security breaches; or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last three months before the issue arose.

a. Force Majeure — We are not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, power failures, cyberattacks).

b. Severability — If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in effect.

c. No Waiver — Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
