We didn't start out trying to build a software company. We started out trying to run our own small businesses, and we were drowning in tools.

We were paying for a CRM over here, a website builder over there, an answering service, an email marketing tool, and a review management platform. None of them talked to each other. We were spending more time managing the software than we were managing the business. And worse, leads were still slipping through the cracks.

We looked around for a solution that was built for local service businesses—contractors, trades, home services—and found nothing but bloated enterprise software or cheap, stripped-down tools that didn't actually solve the problem.

So we built it ourselves.

MPAKT AI was born out of pure frustration and a desperate need for simplicity. We wanted one login, one bill, and a system that actually worked the way a small business operates. We wanted an AI receptionist that could answer the phone at 9 PM on a Saturday when we were at home with our families. We wanted automated follow-ups that chased down leads while we were on the job site.

Based in Wentzville, Missouri, we are a team of operators who know what it's like to miss a call, lose a job to a competitor, and struggle to keep up with the chaos of growth. We aren't a Silicon Valley startup running on venture capital and buzzwords. We are real people building real tools for real businesses.
