Open Positions
AI Systems Specialist
Overview
You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the AI-powered workflows that sit at the core of the MPAKT AI platform. This includes automation sequences, AI agent configuration, CRM logic, and integrations across our technology ecosystem. You are the person who makes the platform actually work — and work well.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and build complex multi-step automation workflows
- Configure and optimize AI chat agents, voice receptionists, and follow-up sequences
- Integrate third-party tools and APIs into the MPAKT platform
- Troubleshoot workflow failures, identify bottlenecks, and ship fixes fast
- Document systems clearly so others can understand and maintain them
- Continuously improve existing automations based on performance data
What We Require:
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms in a production environment
- Demonstrated ability to build production-ready automations — not demos, not tutorials
- Deep understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and conditional logic
- Experience configuring AI tools for real business use cases
- Strong written communication — you can document what you build
- You have shipped systems that other people rely on daily
- Portfolio or examples of past automation work required with application
Digital Outreach Strategist
Overview
You will own the outreach engine that drives new client acquisition for MPAKT AI. This means prospecting, cold email strategy, multi-channel sequencing, copy testing, and conversion optimization from first touch to booked call. You are not an order-taker running someone else's campaign. You build the system, run it, and improve it based on what the numbers say.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage cold email campaigns across outreach platforms
- Write high-converting outreach copy across email, DM, and direct mail channels
- Source and qualify prospect lists for contractor verticals
- A/B test subject lines, hooks, and CTAs and make data-driven adjustments
- Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics daily
- Coordinate with the demo build team to align outreach timing with demo delivery
- Report weekly on pipeline performance with clear attribution
What We Require:
- Minimum 2 years running cold outreach campaigns with measurable results — not supporting them, running them
- Proven track record with open rates above 35% and reply rates above 5%
- Experience with cold email infrastructure — domains, warmup, deliverability, DNS configuration
- Strong copywriting ability — you can write outreach that sounds like a human wrote it
- CRM proficiency — you log everything and the pipeline is always accurate
- Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on metrics
- References or campaign results required with application
Client Success & Onboarding Specialist
Overview
You are the first real human experience a new MPAKT AI client has after they pay. Your job is to make onboarding fast, smooth, and confidence-building — and to keep clients active, happy, and expanding their service tier over time. You are organized, responsive, and you take pride in the quality of what goes out under the MPAKT AI name.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full onboarding process from intake to live site delivery within 7 days
- Manage ongoing client relationships and monthly check-ins
- Build and customize client websites using our proprietary platform
- Identify upsell opportunities and present them naturally at the right time
- Handle client questions and support requests with speed and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records — every interaction logged, every stage updated
- Flag at-risk clients early and execute retention sequences before they churn
What We Require:
- Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role — account management, onboarding, or customer success
- Experience building websites or landing pages using modern web platforms
- Exceptional written communication — you can write a professional client email without it being reviewed
- Highly organized with zero tolerance for dropped balls
- Comfortable managing 30 or more active client relationships simultaneously
- You proactively update clients without being asked
- Examples of client communication or onboarding work required with application
